Up To 6 Group Training Sessions A Week

Fit Body Boot Camp is a group personal training program. Every session has 2-4 coaches that will instruct you, motivate you, and help you get the most out of every single workout.
Each session is just 30 minutes, which means you don’t have to spend hours in the gym to get results. Our sessions combine the perfect amount of strength and cardio to maximize fat burning during and after your workouts.
Show up to at least 3 sessions a week and you will see significant results.
If you can’t make it to one of your sessions, we have online options eliminating any excuse to not see significant results.

Custom Nutrition Plan Using Our Proprietary System

Our challenges use our proprietary Direct Macro System that has helped our Fit Body clients lose nearly 300,000 pounds and helped more than 275 people lose 50 pounds or more on our program.
When you sign-up for the challenge you will fill out an intake form and we use that intake form to customize your nutrition to provide you the exact amounts of protein, carbs, and fats you need to optimize fat loss during the 6-weeks.
You will also recieve a custom food list and a 6-week licensed dietitian designed meal plan to your exact portion sizes making meal planning a breeze! It’s never been easier to know exactly what and how much to eat to get results.
