30-minute small group sessions per week. Our trainers are degreed, certified, and extremely passionate about changing your life. All sessions are lead by our expert personal trainers to keep you safe and motivated.

28 Days Of Nutrition Guidance

During the initial meeting you will receive an easy to follow nutrition guide! The nutritional guide that we use was developed by the Functional Aging Institute specifically for the mature adult population.

28 Days Of Accountability & Support

With this program, you will develop a strong relationship with your trainer. We will hold you accountable to reaching your goals and we will work with you based on your results to tweak and alter your nutrition or workout plan to optimize your results during the 28 days.

Who is the program for?

The program is specifically designed for the older adult population in their 50’s, 60’s and 70’s that is looking to greater health and energy, better physical function, and to stay fit and active for years and years to come.

I haven't exercised in a long time. Can I still participate?

Yes, you certainly can.

The number of participants per sessions is very limited to ensure our personal trainers can give you the personal attention you need to achieve great results with the program.

Even if you have disabilities and limited flexibility our expert coaches will be able to adapt the program to your specific needs.

We are also including a Functional Movement Screening in the program (a value of $97) for free. We will conduct this assessment in the beginning of the program in order to measure and track progress based on your goals.


After a few months at Fit Body Forever, my energy level began to increase and although I haven’t lost a great amount of weight, my body is more toned and clothes fit so much better.
